How Safe Is Thermage?

Thermage is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses radio frequency current to heat the skin. This produces more collagen in the skin resulting in fewer wrinkles. The patient may not receive the optimal benefit of the procedure for two to six months.

The Thermage process is approved by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) for the non-invasive treatment of wrinkles and cellulite. Thermage is also FDA approved for non-invasive eyelid treatment.
