As your glassware ages, it may become clouded and appear dirty even after multiple washings. Mineral deposits, which will collect on your glassware over time, cause this cloudy appearance. Restoring your glassware to its original, clear state may seem mysterious, but it's actually an easy process that requires supplies you probably already have around the house. In just a couple of hours, you can remove the cloudy appearance and make your glassware look brand new.

Instructions

    1

Soak a dish cloth or some paper towels in distilled white vinegar.

    2

Wrap the soaked cloth around glassware with a cloudy appearance and allow to sit for at least half an hour.

    3

Remove the cloth or paper towels and rinse your glass.

    4

Prevent the cloudy appearance from returning by spraying with white vinegar after washing. Rinse the sprayed glasses with hot water and allow them to dry before putting them away.
