How to Make Your Own Seaweed Body Wrap

Instructions

Pour the seaweed powder into a mixing bowl. Slowly begin to add a bit of water, while stirring the mixture together. Continue to add water until the mixture becomes a paste.

Continue to stir the mixture together, while drizzling in the almond oil, then adding the lavender oil and rosemary oil.

Rinse your skin off with warm water. I also suggest using a loofah or gentle scrub to help remove any dead skin.

Gently massage the seaweed mixture into the skin. Work from your feet upwards, covering the entire body.

Cover yourself with plastic wrap, then lie still for about 25 minutes.

Carefully unwrap yourself, then rinse the seaweed off with warm water.
