How to Fix Really Blurry Pictures in Photoshop

There's nothing worse than reviewing your digital pictures and finding that special shot blurred. Fortunately, through the use of a powerful editing tool called Photoshop, you can correct blurry pictures. Photoshop has many different editing tools, including a sharpening filter than can help to reduce the blur effect caused by an unsteady camera hand.

Instructions

Open the Photoshop program.

Select the File menu at the top and choose "Open" from the drop-down menu. Select the photo you wish to repair.

Select the Filter menu at the top after you have opened your image. Choose the "Sharpen" option from the Filter menu. Repeat this command as many times as necessary to achieve the desired effect.

Press the "Control" and "Z" buttons simultaneously to remove image sharpening. This will undo the last command that was performed, and take one step back in the editing process.

Save your newly sharpened image as a new file, so as not to overwrite the original. Click the File menu at the top and select "Save As." Specify your new file name and location and select "OK."
