Exercises for Thighs

    One of the best exercises you can do to help tighten your thigh skin is the front squat. With a light dumbbell in each hand, stand with your feet a natural width apart, criss-cross your arms and rest the dumbbells on each shoulder. Keep your back straight and your eyes straight ahead and lower yourself down to a comfortable position so you don't put any strain on your knees. This depends on how comfortable you feel squatting--even a short distance squat does a lot for working the muscles on your thighs, which in turn tightens that saggy skin. Try to do 10 repetitions of this exercise and two to three sets of those 10 reps, if you can. If you can do this every day, you'll begin to see results within two to three weeks.

Exercise First, Surgery Second

    While surgery is a sure-fire way to get rid of that sagging skin, it is expensive and it is still surgery, which many people prefer to avoid. There is recovery time to consider and things could go wrong during the procedure which could be dangerous. It's a better idea to try out the exercises first before electing for this type of cosmetic surgery. Exercise is not only less expensive, but healthier for you in the long run.
