How to Make a Coffee Foot Scrub

If your feet are dry and calloused, or if they're just hot and tired after a long days' work, a coffee foot scrub can exfoliate the skin, and leave your feet feeling refreshed and soothed. Pamper your feet with a coffee foot scrub, because when your feet feel good, you feel good.

Instructions

Place the coffee ground, sea salt and corn meal in a small mixing bowl and stir them until they're completely mixed and no lumps remain.

Stir in the oils, including the essential oils, and mix well until it forms a paste.

Apply the coffee foot scrub to your feet and massage them in a circular motion. Continue as long as it feels good.

Rinse your feet gently with warm water and pat them dry with soft towels.

Store unused coffee foot scrub in the refrigerator, in a sealed container.
