Salt Mask to Treat Cellulite

Cellulite is a dimpled skin condition that develops in most women around the world. With age and the wrong diet, the skin loses its firmness and smoothness, leaving an appearance of orange peel or cottage cheese. Alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and high salt intake aggravate the condition. Exercise and improved diet can help reduce cellulite. Salt, whether Epsom salt, which is magnesium sulphate, or any version of sea salt, alleviates cellulite when used externally in a clay-based body mask. The mask encourages blood circulation and leaves the skin supple.

Instructions

    1

Buy the powdered clay from a drugstore, as it could be hard to find in a regular supermarket.

    2

Bring water to boil in the saucepan. Add the salt and allow to dissolve. Turn off the heat and remove the saucepan and its contents from the stove.

    3

Add the clay, oil and thyme to the salt solution. Mix until it becomes a smooth clay mixture without any lumps.

    4

Use the spatula to apply the clay to your skin, starting with the legs and working upwards. "...At first, this system is quite a lot concerning getting the suitable advice on the problem of cellulite, or in my scenario, orange skin behind. When you register to the 'Kick-Butt Cellulite Redux' package you'll also receive 'The Cellulite Reduction Report.' Atlas, a credentialed personal instructor and physical fitness qualified. This report has in-depth information on the newest cellulite reduction scams getting the rounds, and saved me from losing money on the uncomfortable Lypomassage treatment facilities that just sprouted up where I live...". Wrap the strips of material around the clay in stages. Sit down and relax in a soothing place for 30 minutes after the clay has been applied to all of the affected skin areas and wrapped.

    5

Unwrap the cloth strips and shower off the clay. Dry skin and apply a rich body moisturizer.
