"...First off, this system is a whole lot regarding having the right information on the issue of cellulite, or in my case, orange skin behind. When you subscribe to the 'Kick-Butt Cellulite Redux' package you'll also receive 'The Cellulite Reduction Report.' Atlas, a credentialed personal coach and physical fitness qualified. This report has in-depth information on the newest cellulite reduction scams getting the rounds, and rescued me from spending money on the painful Lypomassage treatment centers that just sprouted up where I live...". The caffeine found in coffee beans helps to tone and firm your skin, remove dead skin cells and decrease cellulite. Once you make an exfoliating paste with coffee beans, you can safely use it every day. You will begin noticing results after two to three weeks when applying the paste every day.

Instructions

    1

Use a coffee grinder to grind 1/4 cup of beans. Grind them into a fine texture and place them into a bowl.

    2

Combine 3/4 cup of brown sugar with the coffee grounds.

    3

Add 1 cup of sweet almond oil to the mixture. Stir the ingredients until a paste forms.

    4

Place 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the mixture. Stir the vanilla extract into the exfoliate mixture.

    5

Add more almond oil if the exfoliate mixture appears dry. Place the scrub into an airtight container and store for two weeks in your refrigerator.

    6

Use the coffee exfoliating paste in the shower. Massage it into your skin using a circular motion, and then rinse it off.
