What Body Fat Is

    Fat is adipose tissue composed of adipocytes. This is a cell that has differentiated and become specialized in the synthesis and storage of fat. Every body needs fat cells. But we need the right amount of fat cells.

How Fat Cells Are Developed

Fat cells are formed from stem cells when exposed to a certain hormonal environment. Common knowledge tells us that fat is formed when foods are consumed in excess and stored for fuel.

The low fat enticement may sound promising, but in actuality these foods are loaded with carbohydrates (sugars) to place the taste back into the food.     Reducing your calorie intake verses physical output helps reduce body fat. Upping your protein intake and lowering carbohydrate and fat intake ratio greatly increases body fat loss.
